Newsletter delay

My last newsletter was at the end of 2009 so if you thought you had missed an issue, you haven't. I am getting some really neat stuff together for the next one, with a spring theme. Links to Easter patterns and ideas for selling too. I might even throw in a St. Paddy's Day item too. It should be going out this weekend so if you haven't signed up for it you should.

Merry Christmas to my readers

I am just putting the finishing touches on the newsletter that will be sent out at midnight. Lots of free stuff from teddy bear patterns to aprons. It is my Christmas gift to my faithful readers. Enjoy and I hope your family has a safe and joyous holiday.

A Christmas treat for all of my subcribers

If you subscribe to my email newsletter, I have a treat coming to you on Christmas Day. I am including in my special Christmas Day issue lots and lots of links to free patterns, how-tos and digital embroidery files free to download. If you are not getting my newsletter you had better sign up for it so you can get that special issue.

The newsletter is scheduled to be sent out on Christmas Day so you will have that little gift from me.

Free Dachshund for you to make

Can you imagine the looks on your friends and family's faces when you show them you made this Dachshund? I bet it would look good under the Christmas tree this year too. This little guy can be either hand or machine sewn and best yet all the instructions are free. Here is the link where you can get the pattern and a really good step by step how-to photos on putting this guy together.

Free dress patterns

It is time to get your sewing into high gear with some free dress patterns. I have found one of the biggest websites on the internet that has literally 100's of free dress and accessory patterns. Here is just an example of 2 of them:

The website you can find them at is BurdaStyle. Of course the free down loadable patterns will only work if you print them out on your printer. Just be warned that you will need to piece the pattern pieces together like a jigsaw puzzle before laying them all out on the fabric, but for free, heck it is worth the try.

Stuffed dog patterns

I saw these cute stuffed dog patterns and just had to have them in my online store. Yes they are the patterns to make these dog breeds and 13 more. You can find them on my stuffed dog patterns page.
